step by step HCG

1st things 1st; introduction :)
im kiersten 24, weighing in about 250 lbs. wowza. I know! hopefully not for very long. I actually started my hcg journey 4 days ago! im here to tell you EVERYTHING I went through, going through, about to do. how I felt, what I do in different circumstances and the many mistakes I will probably make, but learn from :)
I took a long time reading about hcg making sure this diet was for me. I highly recommend you do the same thing! one thing I kept in mind was the very VERY strict diet entailed. a lot of people make the mistake of changing it how they feel it may be better, but all that will do is draw setbacks and frusteration as your not going to see the results you want. if its not on the list/ don't get it. plain and simple. watching your portion sizes will be very detrimental to your weightloss goal. 100g isn't as big as you think it is, and doubling up on your protein will again, just set you back.
hcg phase 1- by far the easiest phase to complete! its 2 days of stuffing your face of fatening foods and introducing the hcg into your body. and while sugary fatty things are of course okay, also try adding the healthy fats to such as avocados, nuts and what not.
this phase for me was amazing, but at the same time I was soooooooo afraig I was going to feel like I was staving when I hit phase 2. by the second day the fear really subsided as I realized my appetite was decreasing tremendously!
phase 2 (day 1) as many of you know, the protocol recommends you don't eat in the morning, and maybe just sip some tea or coffee (no creamer) with a little bit of stevia. (the only sugar substitute allowed). the 1st day was EXTREMELY hard. that morning I was so freakin hungry i felt like i was gonna die! as the day went in it became a little more easier. by the end of the day i was fine. just exhausted. so crashed out early.
(day two) i woke up and i wasn't hungry, which is very unusual for me. later that day my friend wanted to have lunch with me. we went to 'pita jungle' where i had steamed broccoli. chicken, and tomato. the portion size was huge and i got to have 2 meals out of it! this made me realize when i take my trip to Oregon in a week, then take a 3 day drive back, i can actually stick with it and not afraid im going to mess up. i even already told my mom what i needed upon my arrival! tomorrow i will put up my current weight, as well as some before and eventually after pictures!
(day 3) I woke up pretty happy, but kind of lethargic today. of course I weighed myself, and went down to 248.2 lbs! for lunch I had an amazing meal! so amazing I took a picture of it! ill put it up, just to give you some ideas! now a lot of people probably have a roommate, spouse, or children you live with that may not be on this diet, and it can be very difficult to stay on track. I know the feeling! my fiancé just came home from work with a dozen gorgeous red roses. for no reason :) then as I walk down stairs I see this box of cookies he bought! not only one of my favorite kinds but in general SUGAR the most addictive drug to the human body (why most of us are overweight)! after I told him many times to keep that stuff away or keep it at work! I found it kind of rude, but I did over power the want of it, and chose to leave the room. as well as telling him if I see any left, its going to the dogs. any whosies. I am going to eat my last meal and take my pups on a walk. and on a side note, I will probably weigh myself every other day to avoid discouragements.
